Dallas, TX – EEUU – Junio 20, 2010 - Educación Popular En Salud es una Fundación legal creada y patrocinada por la Iglesia Evangélica Luterana en Chile (IELCH), “para fomentar la organización y participación comunitaria en salud de los sectores populares”. EPES ha creado un video informativo de su labor con las víctimas del terremoto sufrido en Chile en este año.

Educación Popular En Salud (EPES) is a legal charity foundation created and sponsored by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chile (IELCH), “to promote community organization and participation in healthcare of broad sectors of society”. EPES has created an informative video of their work on behalf and for the victims of the earthquake that rocked the country of Chile this year.

Video marcha pacifica hecha el día 15 de marzo de 2010. La marcha tenia como finalidad hacer entrega de una carta de parte de los chilenos en EEUU sin estatus migratorio al presidente Sebastián piñera urgiéndole a hacer el pedido de TPS (Temporary Protected Status) al gobierno americano. Aun seguimos esperando señor presidente Piñera!

Donde: Santiago de Chile – Ovalo frente al Palacio de la Moneda
Cuando: martes 23 de marzo 2010
Hora: 11 a.m. coordinación – marcha 12:00 p.m. (medio dia)
Amigos y Familiares en Chile,
Queremos invitarlos a unirse a la marcha pacífica que se llevara a cabo el día martes 23 de marzo 2010.
El lugar de encuentro será en el Ovalo frente a la Moneda en Agustinas donde se realiza el cambio de guardia. Se pide llegar a las 11 de la mañana hora chilena para ponerse al tanto y coordinar esfuerzos. La marcha en si comenzara a las 12 del medio día hora chilena.
Favor de vestir una polera de color BLANCO, banderas y pancartas. Necesitamos convocar a un gran número de personas para nuestras voces sean escuchadas fuertemente y que no seamos ignorados mas por nuestro presidente y líderes políticos.
La persona encargada de coordinar el evento será el representante legal el Señor Eduardo Arévalo. Para más información llamar al teléfono 2476031 o 2476032.

We are cordially inviting you to join us for a Peaceful March that will take place on Tuesday March 23, 2010.
The place of meeting will be in the Oval in front of the Palace of la Moneda in Agustinas where the changing of the guard is performed. We are asking for participants to please arrive at 11 a.m. local time to be briefed and to help us coordinate our efforts. The Peaceful March will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. noon local time.
Please wear a WHITE colored shirt, t-shirt, top garment, and you may bring also WHITE colored flags and signs. We need as many people as possible to participate so that our voices are heard clearly and united and we are not ignored anymore by our president and political leaders.
